To ensure the health and safety of all attendees, we have prepared comprehensive screening measures and procedures. These new guidelines and best practices are designed not only to provide peace of mind but also to ensure a hygienic, productive, and well-organized event experience. Rest assured, we will be adhering to official government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue- or location-specific regulations.
Organizers will not allow entry to attendees who fail the temperature screening and have a body temperature exceeding 37.5°C.
Compulsory for all attendees and delegates to wear a face mask at all times.
Alcohol hand sanitizers will be made easily accessible in all common areas.
Visitors should keep a distance of at least 1 meter apart from each other.
Frequently clean all areas including toilets at least every 1 hour.
Designated by marking spot 1 m. apart for food court, resting area, registration line, etc.
Exhibition venue has a cleaning process for parking cards before & after distribution.
